πŸ’² Compensation: The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually depending on experience. Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:

β€’ Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.β€’ Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.β€’ High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.

🌐 Work Arrangement: This is a remote role: Travel expectation will be 25% at a minimum with additional travel as necessary.

πŸ“ Your Role: Manager, Client Experience

As the heartbeat of our customer success, you will:β€’ Lead & Inspire: Mentor your team and influence client expectations πŸŽ―β€’ Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients with engaging, proactive communication πŸ€β€’ Enhance Experiences: Gather feedback, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to ensure top-notch service πŸ“Šβ€’ Collaborate: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence πŸŒβ€’ Innovate: Identify growth opportunities and lead special projects to optimize processes πŸ’‘

Qualifications

πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications is requiredπŸŽ“β€’ 4 years’ experience as an Account Manager or similar roleβ€” in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred πŸ’Όβ€’ Experience in insurance, benefits, or healthcare revenue cycle πŸ₯β€’ Proven leadership with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills πŸ“ˆβ€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint πŸ–₯️‒ Ability to manage multiple projects and travel (minimum 25% travel) πŸš—
