π² Compensation: The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually depending on experience. Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
β’ Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.β’ Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.β’ High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

π Work Arrangement: This is a remote role: Travel expectation will be 25% at a minimum with additional travel as necessary.Β

π Your Role: Manager, Client Experience
As the heartbeat of our customer success, you will:β’ Lead & Inspire: Mentor your team and influence client expectations π―β’ Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients with engaging, proactive communication π€β’ Enhance Experiences: Gather feedback, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to ensure top-notch service πβ’ Collaborate: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence πβ’ Innovate: Identify growth opportunities and lead special projects to optimize processes π‘
Qualifications
π Qualifications & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications is requiredπβ’ 4 yearsβ experience as an Account Manager or similar roleβ in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred πΌβ’ Experience in insurance, benefits, or healthcare revenue cycle π₯β’ Proven leadership with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills πβ’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint π₯οΈβ’ Ability to manage multiple projects and travel (minimum 25% travel) π
