📍 Location: Hybrid – Join us in the office on Orientation Mondays, as needed, and during the first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely Tuesday through Thursday. Must be located in Dallas, as this is not a fully remote role.

💲 Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $68,000 - $71,000, depending on experience. Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
- Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
- Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
- High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.

As our Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new employees, guiding them from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. You’ll coordinate pre-employment processes, lead engaging orientations, and be the go-to resource to ensure our people feel supported from day one.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the 90-day mark.
- Coordinate all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and paperwork.
- Lead engaging new hire orientations, introducing our culture, policies, and benefits in an exciting way.
- Be a trusted guide, answering questions and ensuring new employees feel at home.
- Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to create a seamless transition into the organization.
- Confidently present company information to small and large groups—including executives.
- Track and improve onboarding processes to enhance engagement and retention.

What You’ll Need:
✔️ 3 years of experience in onboarding and conducting New Hire Orientation
✔️ 3 years expereince presenting company information to small and large groups—including executives.
✔️ Must be able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, often challenging environment is essential. Strong organizational skills and a calm, composed approach under pressure are key to success in this role.
✔️ A professional presence, polished appearance, and confident demeanor are essential for this role
✔️ Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and strategic manner are crucial for succes in this role
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point experience is a MUST (you'll be creating presentations) and HR systems as well as metric reporting
✔️ Strong knowledge of pre-employment compliance and HR best practices.✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
