As a Revenue Cycle Integrity Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our revenue cycle processes while supporting our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

✅ Process and enter data related to payments and incoming requests 📊✅ Invoice external parties for medical record requests 💼✅ Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other key documents 📑✅ Scan, file, fax, and manage important documentation 📎✅ Be the friendly face and voice interfacing with external parties in person and over the phone ☎️✅ Monitor and manage office inventory—keep us stocked and ready to go! 🖇️✅ Serve as the key point of contact for office vendors and building management 🏢✅ Provide essential administrative support to Revenue Cycle senior leadership 🔹✅ Jump in where needed—mailroom, office support, and special projects! 📬

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year(s) of experience in an office or administrative role
• Customer service experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

🔹 Skills & Strengths:

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in multitasking with professionalism
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using scanners, tracking systems, and office software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
