💲 Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22 to $26 per hour,
depending on experience. Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
- Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
- Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
- High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.
🌐 Work Arrangement: This is a Hybrid role: The first 90 days will be in-office. After 90 days of training, you'll work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.

We’re looking for a Sr. Reconciliation Specialist to join our team and ensure payments are reconciled with precision. Your work will directly support leadership decision-making and drive financial accuracy across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Own the Reconciliation Process: Perform daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation of insurance, patient, and attorney payments.✅ Manage High-Volume Transactions: Reconcile ACH, check, and credit card payments with speed and accuracy.✅ Leverage Your Excel Expertise: Build and maintain complex spreadsheets to streamline reconciliations.✅ Investigate & Resolve Issues: Research unapplied payments, out-of-period postings, and discrepancies.✅ Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Work closely with leadership to provide timely reconciliation reports.✅ Support Financial Operations: Process returned checks, deposit payments, and meet critical deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ Experience & Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of related experience preferred.✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs), 10-key, and multiple systems.✔️ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance payer guidelines and financial reconciliation best practices.✔️ Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.✔️ Independence & Initiative: Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.✔️ Reliability & Commitment: Must have a consistent attendance record and be available for end-of-month/year reconciliations.
