This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, expanding key partnerships, and driving revenue growth within OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within emerging technologies and markets
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
- Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Product Development teams to align commercial goals with product roadmaps.

- 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within high profile global companies

- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
