Quality Assurance Position
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading the quality team in ensuring the company meets customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction for quality auditing resources and functions in the manufacturing processes of the plant.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct APQP activities, including cleanliness testing for new products and ensuring quality assurance methods are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the powder metal industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance, with experience directing/supervising others.
- Experience with an ISO 9001 quality management system.
