What are the responsibilities and job description for the Light Industrial Machine Operator - 2nd Shift position at MPR Capital?
The Machine Operator is responsible for all the functions in the embroidery machine production line. This position must maintain a safe work environment, be positive and an effective employee in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities: Operating an embroidery machine. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organized self-starter. Strong interpersonal communications and relationship management skills as well as good customer relations skills. Must be able to meet objectives with minimal direction from supervision and make sound business decisions.
Training for this position will take place 7:30AM-3:30PM Monday - Friday. Once the training period is complete, the hours of the position are 3:00PM-11:00PM Monday - Friday.
