- Previous experience supporting Life and Annuities clients (2 years minimum)
- 12 years of Experienced with Salesforce as a whole; Decision making experience between code vs config; Experience in building applications using APEX and Lightning
- 8 years of Experience building business solutions using the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud on Lightning
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Platform custom development using APPEX and Lighting
- 5 years of experience with integrations third party applications. 2-3 years of experience in designing and developing Integration Solutions using Web Service API's, REST and SOAP API 's
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in Custom Lightning Component development
- 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce system implementations in a multi-shared-org ecosystem
- 3 years of experience team(s) responsible for strategic planning, Technology relationship management
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and knowledge)
