Responsibilities:
- Gather business process data and requirements.
- Work with Project Managers, Leadership, and Engineering teams for project implementation and support.
- Prepare business and functional requirements documentation.
- Actively participate in project phases from feasibility to implementation and maintenance.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and automate processes.
- Create and manage change documentation.
- Develop a strong understanding of GMS business processes.
- Strong emphasis on technical writing.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral).
Multi-tasking, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Experience in technical writing and application documentation.
