Job Details
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related eld.
- 5 years implementation and support experience with Workday and/or other related HR systems
- Be an expert in implementing and conguring Workday Core HCM and at least 2-3 of the following Recruiting, Onboarding, Benets, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Business Processes on a global scale.
- Well-developed leadership and project management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural projects.
- Proven ability to eectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines; must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.
- Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive, decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business needs and user population
- Solid understanding of software lifecycle development (SDLC) methodologies
- Familiar with data privacy and other regulatory requirements
