JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Rep – Supply will play a key role in generating revenue by developing HDPE supply and rental equipment opportunities within an assigned territory. Schedules in-person meetings with current and potential clients. Develops business within the Oilfield Supply and Contractor sales channels. Identifies customer needs through consultation and creates sales quotes/orders to meet customer requirements. Maintains customer relationships through communication, support, and high-level customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Recognize and cultivate potential sales leads from existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory.
Meet with current and prospective clients in-person or by telephone.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services and how they can benefit our customers.
Create and implement a sales strategy based on market conditions within assigned territory.
Maintain a strong customer relationship after the sale through follow up meetings or phone calls.
Develop clear communication channels for new and existing customers.
Identify customer product needs and create sales quotes/orders.
Develop clear and effective written proposals based on customer requests.
Participate in trade shows and other industry networking opportunities.
Partner with the Regional Director of Sales regarding customer account activity, invoicing requirements, and customer feedback on products and services.
Partner with clients, vendors, Credit and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Five years of industry sales related experience required.
Obtain client specific safety training provided by Milford within 2 months.
Ability to provide H2S and PEC Certification and/or pass Milford offered course upon onboarding.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Sales Counter/Office/Client Office.
Customer project sites, enclosed warehouse, and storage yard.
Occasional high noise level, dust, fumes such as fuel or exhaust may be encountered.
Sometimes exposed inclement weather while working outside or driving vehicle.
Occasionally exposed to bright or dim lighting conditions while driving.
Exposure to H2s and/or other toxic fumes varying by customer location.
Driving over rough terrain on customer locations or bid walks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 75% of travel required, with occasional overnight stays as required by business needs.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach with arms, kneel and push/pull/lift 50 pounds.
Ability to walk long distances in rough terrain.
