MPS Group, Inc., is seeking a Field Technician Supervisor - Bilingual to join our team at the Cleveland Cliffs, located in Middletown, OH. This individual is responsible for overseeing the safety and performance of the crew at job sites.

- Assists with proposals and planning for upcoming jobs.
- Prepares and submits daily paperwork, including billing, safety inspections, manifests, and other necessary documentation.
- Determines personnel, equipment, and resource needs for each job.
- Conducts safety evaluations on-site (e.g., Safety Task Analysis (STA), Job Safety Hazard Analysis (JSHA)).
- Ensures all personnel have and are using the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Monitors job site conditions to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Reports and investigate all incidents (accidents, injuries, vehicle incidents, etc.) to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Directly supervise the crew working on-site, including personnel assignments, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing the use of equipment and tools.
- Must be Bilingual.
- High School Diploma.
- One year of industry related experience.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Must have knowledge of all equipment used on the job site as well as all personal protective equipment, safety supplies, policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
