MPS Group, Inc., is seeking multiple Industrial Cleaners to join our team at the Cleveland Cliffs facility located in Middletown, OH . These individuals will perform various cleaning tasks in an industrial setting.
Typical Shift Hours: Monday - Sunday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities And Job Duties
- Collects and disposes of trash and debris.
- Use of manual tools and equipment (i.e., shovels, scrapers, rakes, squeegees, brooms, mops, etc.) and a variety of cleaning supplies (i.e., scrub pads, rags, tack cloth, brushes, etc.) to achieve cleaning objectives in various industrial work areas as directed.
- Operates various powered industrial equipment as directed (i.e., sweeper/scrubbers, industrial carts, burden carriers, fork trucks, etc.).
- Performs additional duties as directed.
- Adheres to company safety requirements while on the job.
- High School diploma or GED.
- OSHA 10 certification is mandatory prior to hire (may obtain through company sponsored program).
- Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time and reach within 6" of the ground.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability able to work in confined spaces.
- This role requires working in extreme temperature condition
- Must have manual dexterity sufficient for use of small hand tools, handling of small parts (ex: nuts/bolts), and working with hands at various positions (ex: overhead, front, low).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
