Our client is seeking individuals that are highly motivated, dependable, results
oriented and operate with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. Training and education on procedural and systems requirements will be provided, but the
individual will be responsible for the retention and compliance to perform essential functions. Other
duties may be assigned.
The essential functions include:
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Assist with Fed-ex Shipments and input information and follow-up as required
• Evaluate product line and SKUs to capture detailed information
• Accurately complete product specification templates as directed
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Utilize process monitors and workflows on daily basis
• Ensure completed documents are sent to respective parties in a timely manner
• Timely responses to e-mails and requests (internal and external)
• Contribute to maintain strong relationships with all contacts
• Ensure all operational process standards are followed and updated as required
• Attend and participate in Employee Safety Meetings
• Other duties as required

other equipment as required
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Sales Manager as required
• Assist Logistic Manager as required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• 40-hour work week with flexible schedule demands
• Regularly work indoors or outdoors in a variety of environments; this includes working in
freezer/chiller/cold storage warehouse environment.
• Frequent lifting and pull/push up to 25 lbs.; occasional up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent use of feet to operate equipment pedals
• Alcohol / Drug Free Zone
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
• High School Education, GED, or Equivalent
• Compatible Work Experience
• Job Related Certificate Programs
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and follow-through
