What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Quick Service Attendant - Pequot Outpost position at MPTN Government?
Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent is responsible for serving food and beverage to all guests from beginning to end, including cooking, cashiering and cleaning. Responsible for counting cash draws. Assists with training team members. Ensures inventory levels meet standards. Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year of previous money handling experience required. Previous experience managing staff is also desired. Currently employed with Pequot Outpost, must have an above average performance history and no attendance issues. Experience in high volume food service and customer service skills required. This position requires flexibility in the work schedule which includes holidays, weekends, and irregular days off.
