Essential Functions
Epic Scope :
1. Uses expert level knowledge of Epic modules as well as insurance contracts and guidelines to develop training materials, answer system and workflow questions, and deliver training programs that support the effective use of Epic applications by PVMG and MMG personnel.
2. Provides classroom training and 1 to 1 coaching to both new and current staff based on requested needs, new or revisions to programs / workflows, or as a result of quality monitoring findings.
3. Keeps materials current to reflect system upgrades, modifications and PVMG and MMG policy changes
4. Coordinates all on and off-site training sessions, to include room arrangements, materials, work stations and participant invitations
Clinic Education Scope :
1. Stays current with all EPIC processes so that you are able to provide training / answers to offices when asked
2. Assists new offices with go live and provide additional site visits as needed
3. Performs a site visit to each clinic location at least once per quarter
4. Reports trends to the Business Office Manager so that communications can be made to Office Managers or Practice Directors to get matters resolved related to front-end Revenue Cycle errors
