We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Business Intelligence team at MPW Industrial Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of BI Developers, providing guidance, training, and career development.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Oversee the development and optimization of SQL databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- Perform SQL Server maintenance tasks, including backups, indexing, query optimization, and patch management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8 years' experience developing technical BI solutions with Microsoft tools, including Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing technical teams.
