Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and beverage service. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively will contribute to a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and food preparation spaces.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing retail math skills to ensure correct change is given.
- Support promotional sales efforts by engaging customers and providing product information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service in every interaction.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
