1,200 signing bonus

Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service
Diagnosing and repairing household appliances in customer homes
Appliance installation
Utilize an iPad to document service calls and customer interactions
Provide cost estimates for repairs / installations, sell the job
Collect payment
Job Requirements :
Basic electrical knowledge
Ability to read schematics and use an ohm meter a plus
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
