What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose & Repair: Service and repair a wide range of residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, offering maintenance tips, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
- Process Payments: Use our easy-to-navigate mobile app to estimate repair costs and process payments directly from the job site.
- Maximize Efficiency: Ensure the effective use of company vehicles and tools to provide fast, reliable service to our customers.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Recognize potential sales opportunities and upsell services to help expand our customer offerings.

What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Experience: Experience in diagnosing and repairing appliances is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and use our mobile app for scheduling, payments, and job tracking.
- Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with customers, team members, and supervisors, so excellent communication is essential.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must, as you’ll be using a company vehicle.
- Physical Capability: This role requires regular lifting, stooping, reaching, and climbing to service appliances.
- Compliance: Must pass a drug test and background screening.
