Fugitive Recovery Agent
We are looking for Fugitive Recovery Agent living in the Idaho Falls area. Mr Bail is one of the largest bonding companies in Idaho and has offices in over 25 states.
This is a physically demanding job, and can also be very dangerous. You must meet certain physical criteria, have a clean record, and be ready and able to travel at a moments notice by plane and car.
Expected Fugitive Recovery conduct:
-Locate and apprehend defendants who failed to appear in court.
-It is required agents act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
-Communicate with Co-signers/Third parties regarding the locations of defendants and assets.
-Coordinate with Supervisor and team members regarding actions taken to accomplish the objective.
-Handle yourself and your emotions during high pressure/dangerous situations.
-Maintain a level of physical fitness that maintains your operational effectiveness.
Required from applicants:
-Resume is required
-Active drivers license is required.
- Have all required equipment, or be able to acquire all required equipment, including a registered and legally owned firearm, protective and tactical equipment (we can issue Body Armor if not currently owned) , a laptop computer, reliable cell phone with internet access, etc.
- Must be computer literate and willing to learn new software and database applications.
- Must have tactical or relatable background experience in investigations or customer service, an ambition to learn, and a flexible schedule
