Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience to join our Brews team. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, and compelling them to come back again. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces, along with stocking items as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Making menu recommendations based on customers needs and preferences
- Checking customers ID's to ensure they meet legal drinking age
Requirements
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
- Ability to keep the bar clean, well-organized and stocking items
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
