Your Mission: As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customers preferences.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system, or tablets and ensuring timely service.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and server stations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely attention throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods.
- Always have a smile for our customers to keep coming back again.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong culinary knowledge and familiarity with food preparation techniques are advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to serving duties.

Mr Brews Taphouse concept began in March 2013 in Weston, Wisconsin. Craft Beer has always been an intriguing specialty to the owner as well as the public. Research indicates that the Craft Beer franchise market is still in its infancy. Projected growth in the Craft Beer industry over the next 8-10 years indicates that the market will grow to over 16% of the total beer market, which is a 50% increase from today’s 8% market share (Bloomberg Businessweek).
