Job Overview:
The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, room service, poolside dining, mini bar, and banquet services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for each food and beverage outlet to optimize guest satisfaction and meet financial targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across restaurant, room service, pool, and banquet facilities.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to build a high-performance team and foster a positive work environment.
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules, balancing labor needs with hotel occupancy rates.
- Address guest complaints and conflicts with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Manage budgets, cost control measures, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design and update menus, considering guest feedback and industry trends.
- Ensure all outlets meet high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events to boost sales.

Qualifications:
