- Administer all employee relations, benefits,
- Assist with employee relations, such as conflict resolution and investigations, corrective actions
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide advice and assistance in re-engineering business processes, and organizational development
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions
- Very Strong bilingual
- 2-year experience in HR area
