What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Support Staff position at Mr. Crisp?
Mr. Crisp is seeking support staff for our full service seafood restaurant featuring a raw bar and our take on classic English fish & chips. We aim to bring our attention to detail and quality in a more casual setting that will provide a unique experience for our patrons and employees.
As a member of our team, you’ll receive employee discounts on dining and access to training and continuing education with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Availability Friday & Saturday nights, and Sunday daytime.
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to guests
- A complete understanding of all menu items and how each is properly prepared and served
- Acknowledgment and positive engagement with all guests while setting & exceeding guest‘s expectations
- A general understanding of DHEC food safety standards
- Carry yourself with a warm, welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers
- Derive pleasure from providing hospitality and exhibit excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure while maintaining a warm presence
