Pay

• We are flexible in how we structure compensation, based on the needs of the employee. Some Plumbing Technicians want all base salary, while others prefer performance-based compensation. Our top Plumbing team members earn $75,000 - $100,000
• Commission (Task Pay)
• Performance based bonus
• Sign-on bonuses based on experience: *exclusions apply*
• under 1yr - $2000 (6 mos. to 12 mos. years of experience)
• 1 - 2yr - $3500 (12 mos. to 24 mos. of experience)
• 2yr - 3yr – $5,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)
• 3yr – 5yr $7,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)

• 1 year: 40 hours
• 2 years: 80 hours
• 3 years: 100 hours

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Our Hiring Process

3. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager.

4. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the Department's Management.

5. If we are a good fit for each other, we will make an offer.

Job requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or similar role
• Valid plumbing license
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
