Summary

As a Dishwasher at Mr. Ed's Restaurant Group, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is vital to ensuring our team can deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and floors throughout the shift.
• Assist with food prep tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas regularly to maintain a clean environment.
• Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused on tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed.
