Neighborly Home Services is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team! This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, social media, and public relations. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll help implement and track campaigns, manage online lead profiles, create marketing assets, and provide executive administrative support across multiple home services brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities
Track and report marketing expenses, ensuring proper budget allocationOrganize and distribute marketing assets (design files, videos, social media graphics, etc.)Attend vendor / partner meetings, take notes, and brief the marketing teamMonitor and respond to social media interactions and support content planningCompile Google review data and oversee marketing incentivesResearch new marketing tools and opportunitiesManage and update lead aggregators for optimal performanceMaintain and distribute marketing materials such as door hangers, yard signs, and swagProvide administrative support for marketing-related tasks and meetingsAssist in monthly marketing expense reporting and budget trackingEnter marketing spend into Service Titan (our CRM) and analyze campaign performanceGenerate and analyze reports for social media engagement and lead aggregator trendsMaintain a marketing calendar for promotions and content schedulingAttend corporate and vendor meetings, document notes, and update plans accordinglyEnsure compliance with required business verifications and platform updatesAssist with social media management, website updates, and Google Business ProfilesProvide photography, videography, and basic graphic design support for campaignsTrack and analyze marketing data for different programsSupport company events, trade shows, and community outreach initiativesUse platforms like Service Titan, Rilla, Google Reviews, and XOI to generate content ideasHelp clean up and manage marketing-related customer dataWhat We're Looking For
Education : Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
Strong Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills
Attention to Detail : Highly organized with strong time management skills
Creativity : Ability to contribute ideas for branding, design, and content creation
