Here are Your Responsibilities as an Office Manager at Mr. Electric
As an Office Manager, you are a key member of our team. You will be managing a team of Customer Service Representatives who are the first point of contact our customers have with us.
Here are the primary responsibilities for this position :
- You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
- You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
- You will follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work, and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.
- You will train and manage the performance of Customer Service Representatives to ensure we’re providing excellent service.
- You will handle escalated customer issues that cannot be resolved by a Customer Service Representative
- You will identify areas of improvement within the CSR team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
