Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to discuss their electrical needs and provide estimates and quotes
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, such as wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, panels, generators, and appliances
- Perform inspections and testing to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and faults
- Use various electrical tools and equipment, such as meters, testers, drills, saws, and soldering irons
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation and operation of electrical systems
- Comply with all electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations and procedures
- Document and report all electrical work done and materials used
- Communicate and coordinate with other contractors, suppliers, and customers
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency calls as needed
