Job Title: Part-Time Call Center / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Ashland, VA (In-Person at our Ashland Office)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week – Evenings and weekends available
Compensation: $15–$20/hour (Base Pay Bonus Opportunities)

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from homeowners
- Introduce MR.FIX-IT™ services and schedule free in-home consultations
- Convert leads into appointments using proven scripts and techniques
- Collaborate with supervisors to track performance and hit weekly goals
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience with every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable being on the phone consistently during shifts
- Goal-oriented individual who is confident in meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using or willingness to learn CRM systems
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call centers is a plus
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Occasionally lift 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies or materials)
- Must work in person at our Ashland, VA office
