Responsibilities

- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
- Coordinate special events and promotions to attract guests and enhance engagement.
- Ensure all games remain in working order, are clean and stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments such as food service and guest services to create seamless experiences for patrons.
- Conduct public speaking engagements and presentations to promote gaming events or initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records related to cash handling and transactions within the gaming area.
Requirements
