Mr. Gattis Pizza is currently seeking an experienced Arcade Game Technician for our Killeen location. (1) Full or (2) Part-time positions available.
Job Summary for a Game Technician:
Your primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and repair video games, redemption games, and Embed card systems. We will train you to track all games out of service and order necessary parts using our proprietary web-based platform. Support is available by phone to assist in trouble shooting, parts management and reporting.
Qualifications for a Game Technician include:
- Game room or arcade experience is preferred, but we can train someone that is detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.
- The ability to work productively without direct supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with support personnel.
- Moderate level of expertise with computer repair and networking.
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Board level repair experience is preferred, but not required.
