Role Overview:
As a Salesperson at Mr. Glazier, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in New York. You will engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and promote our extensive range of glass products and services. Your goal will be to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets while upholding our reputation for excellence.
Importantly, you will work exclusively with pre-qualified appointments, ensuring focused attention on delivering personalized service and effective solutions to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed walkthroughs and consultations to homeowners and businesses, understanding their specific glass needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Conduct presentations to showcase Mr. Glazier's products and services, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Emphasis on ethical business practices and integrity in all business dealings.
- Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous learning are essential qualities for this role.
- Knowledge of glass products and construction materials is a plus.
