Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide assistance, information and support. To fulfil the main responsibility of customer satisfaction 100%.
Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services.
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
- Working with a team of?CSRs?and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
- Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Maintain a clear, neat and professional workspace.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
