Payrate: $20.00-$40.00/hour
Job Summary:
Great focus on the installation, maintenance, and repair of gutters. Must be able to work on both residential houses and commercial businesses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Handy with a variety of power tools such as hammers, drills and saws.
- Inspecting sites and removing hazardous items.
- Using a spirit level to ensure accuracy.
- Drilling holes to fit screws and mount brackets.
- Caulking all gaps and joints.
- Sourcing appropriate replacement gutters when required.
- Fabricating all parts required for the job.
- Keeping strong and fit enough to perform duties.
- Maintaining a clean, neat and professional workspace.
- Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Apprenticeship or certification from a technical school may be required.
- Experience working on roofs and handling power tools would be advantageous.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strength and a good sense of balance.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
Salary : $20 - $40
