Job Summary:
Mr. GoodRoof is looking for a sales rep that can interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, presenting relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Self-motivated person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners in a professional manner
- Inspect roof and property to determine the scope of work needed and/or replacement.
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
- Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job.
- Collect payment for services completed.
- Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to contribute to a team environment.
- Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans.
- Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Maintain a clear, neat and professional workspace.
- Ability to perform a well-defined sales process.
- Comfortable working on roots and ladders.
