We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Building and Grounds Maintenance Person to help maintain our facility and property in Charleston, WV (25312). This is a full-time, on-site position focused on upkeep of our business location—not customer job sites.
Job Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs around the building
- Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor fixes
- Mow, trim, weed, and maintain the lawn and landscaping
- Keep walkways, parking lot, and outdoor areas clean and safe
- Organize and maintain workshop, tools, and storage spaces
- Monitor building systems and report issues as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in groundskeeping or building maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of basic repair tools and equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
