Your Responsibilities As a Handyman Professional
- Create, present, and sell project estimates.
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.
- Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.
- Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.
- Able to lift 60 pounds independently.
- Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.
- Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle
