We are seeking a Financial Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information thought phone sales as well as accuracy in financial records and client payment.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial and Residental Accounts Receivable management
- Managing financial records, including invoicing, receipt management, van manintenance management, and other business office needs as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Previous experience working with QuickBooks
- Type at least 55 WPM
- Technology friendly platform
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prorated incentive eligiable after 60 days
- Flexible Options for Scheduling (20-24 hours per week)
- Option 1: 5 days a week closing (until 5:00pm) (one day off of choosing Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) with every other Saturday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
- Option 2: 4 days a week closing (until 5:00pm) (one day off of choosing Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) with every Saturday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
- Paid Time Off base on scheduled hours
- Supplemental Insurance after 60 days
- 401K after one year
- At times dogs may be in the office, hire must be pet friendly!
