Established & growing home improvement and repair company looking to hire reliable full-time carpenters, remodelers, and general home repair technicians to perform professional home improvements and residential / commercial repairs, maintenance, and remodeling work.

We are looking for individuals proficient at trim work, door installations, deck repairs, light electrical, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, set cabinets, light electrical, light plumbing and kitchen & bath work, etc. Ability to estimate basic labor and material costs for repair sales and change orders is needed.

We require :

• 7-10 years minimum experience or military equivalent.
• Organized self-starter with clear communication skills.
• You own professional tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle
• Professional and positive attitude, be able to work efficient alone and well as with others.
• Maintain a clean jobsite, take job photographs and keep accurate notes and receipts.
• Be able to work an occasional Saturday and evening.

Year-round work residential and commercial. Paid vacation after one year of employment.

Compensation : $52,000 to $58,000 to start, negotiable depending on experience and tool equipment inventory.

We provide a company vehicle, fuel card, material purchasing credit, reimburse bits and blades, provide uniforms, paid holidays after 90 days, bonuses and more.
