Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skilled tasks, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and electric
- Safely operate and maintain various hand and power tools
- Take measurements and calculate materials needed for each project
- Install fixtures, fittings, and accessories with a high level of precision
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other craftsmen to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience
- Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations
- Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work
- Write, present, and sell your own estimates
