Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

Customer call management – You will hold responsibility for all customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals

Customer and team expectations – You’ll communicate with customers and team members to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.

Book Keeping Management – Closing out service, cost management, bank deposits, material receipt management, account receivables, office supply management, etc.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

Live within the area

Have 10 years of experience in an office setting

Have 10 years bookkeeping, accounting practices & Quick books experience

Quick book experience is a requirement

Solving problems must come easily to you

Have 5 years' experience n the service industry.

Professional communication and phone skills

Experience in skilled trade services

The pay range for this position is $40K to $48K with benefits and will be dependent on your experience.
