Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Service Professional
- Embrace our company culture and values
- Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
- Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
- Create, present and sell project estimates
- Manage and acquire materials as needed.
- Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.
Requirements:
- A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
- 15 or more years’ experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
- Ability to generate accurate project estimates
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, painting and drywall repair, light electrical work, general maintenance, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
