Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Service Professional

• Embrace our company culture and values
• Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
• Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas.
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
• Create, present and sell project estimates
• Manage and acquire materials as needed.
• Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.

Requirements:

• A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
• 15 or more years’ experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
• Ability to generate accurate project estimates
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, painting and drywall repair, light electrical work, general maintenance, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
