Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional:
You will be responsible for:
- Completing Maintenance & Repairs - small to medium-sized projects for home and commercial clients
- Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers - communicating with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations about scope of work and costs
- Create Life-Long Customers - delivering a great experience that wows repeat customers
How We'll Measure Performance:
We measure performance through:
- Customer Satisfaction (NPS) - encouraging customers to complete surveys to rate their satisfaction with the service
- Revenue Target - finding additional ways to provide value to customers
- Effective Billing Rate - accurately invoicing and collecting payment from customers
- Recall Percentage - guaranteeing all work for one year and ensuring it is done correctly the first time
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Self-management skills as you'll often be alone
