- Completing maintenance & repairs - You'll work on various projects, such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing, to ensure homes and businesses are safe and functional.
- Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers - You'll communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage their expectations regarding project scope and costs.
- Create life-long customers - Delivering excellent service and following our repeatable process, the Mr. Handyman Way, will help you build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 10 years of experience as a paid handyman.
- Strong proficiency in at least three areas, including carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, general plumbing, electrical work (where allowed by law), floor installation, and building codes.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and safely work at heights.
- Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicles.
