Job Description: As a multi-skilled remodeler, carpenter, and handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as frame and finish carpentry, drywall mudding/taping/finishing, painting, window and door installations, deck repairs and staining, light electrical and plumbing, and other related duties. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs and tasks in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess 10 years of paid professional experience in the trade, clean credentials, and proficiency in using time management skills. Additionally, you should have your own hand and power tools, with larger equipment provided by the company. You must also be reliable, punctual, personable, and confident in your abilities to accurately estimate labor and material costs for jobs requiring repair sales and change orders.
