Job Summary
We are seeking skilled service technicians to undertake small to medium-sized projects at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be presentable, reliable, and able to work independently with a focus on meeting timelines while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
- Communicate with customers and office regarding scope of work, cost estimates, and additional work opportunities
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order
Requirements:
- Skilled tradesman with 5 years of experience in home maintenance, repair, and remodeling
- Tiles installation
- Drywall/Plaster repair
- Deck repair/building
- Touch-up painting
- Assembly
- Carpentry
- Pouring concrete
- Framing & door adjustments/installs
- Light electrical work
