Job Summary:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for working alongside the Product Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities and Equipment Manager in driving the company’s Product Maintenance Success. Ensuring productive, organized, and safe work environments as well as Quality Product Preparedness. The Equipment Operator is involved with all activities related to the loading, unloading and organization of all Product Offerings in our yard and facilities. This role frequently coordinates with other departments.
General Responsibilities:
· Lead by example and own safe work practices and quality compliance.
· Routinely perform Equipment Inspections, safety and productivity inspections in the yard and shop and ensure tasks are audited and in compliance with the safety and quality standards.
· Operate Machinery including Forklifts, Bobcat, Scissor Lift and others.
· Monitor inventory levels for all products in the yard and report to Department Leaders.
· Load and Unload all Products onto company vehicles for transport or inventory.
· Unload Supplies from 3rd Party Vendors and inventory accordingly.
· Follow procedures and ensure all incidents are promptly reported and investigated. If an employee is not following the proper procedure – notify Department Leaders.
· On Occasion, may be assigned to wash and repair processes for all Product Offerings.
· Order Fulfillment on all Product Offerings.
· Coordinate with other departments and provide assistance to drivers in delivering, installing, servicing, and repairing products in the field.
· All Other Duties as Assigned.

Required/Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Education and Experience:
· 2 Machine Operating Experience Preferred
· 2 Years of experience in Warehouse, Shop Preferred
· Forklift Certified
· OSHA-10 Certification Preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to Perform All Product Maintenance Work
· Ability to Operate Equipment for most of the day.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
